Shipping Policy

  • Order Confirmation: Once your transaction is complete, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
  • Suppliers and Delivery: ArtProFile collaborates with specialized suppliers globally who are responsible for producing and delivering your order. Shipping Costs: Costs vary based on the print provider and destination. Shipping rates are determined by the origin, destination, and product type and are derived from our carriers’ rates, which cannot be negotiated.
  • Delivery Times: Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery within the United States and 15-20 days for international deliveries. Goods are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
  • Delayed or Missing Parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@artprofile.art

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: ArtProFile offers a 14-day return policy for all fully-priced items, provided they are returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Refunds: Refunds are available for items returned within 7 days of dispatch, in their original condition. Refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake was made on our part. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several days to process.
  • Non-returnable Items: Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Print providers do not have inventory space to keep unwanted items.
  • Cancellation: Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled free of charge as it is likely being processed.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us at info@artprofile.art for a possible replacement or refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Tracking and Issues

  • No Tracking Information: If no tracking information is available, it could be due to:
    1. Shipping from UK providers who do not provide tracking numbers.
    2. The item is still in production.
    3. More than 6 days have passed without tracking info; please fill out our order issue form.
  • Liability: ArtProFile is not liable for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages by the courier after dispatch.

Sales and Promotions

Sale Items: Products sold at a discounted price or marked as “Sale” are final sale and cannot be returned. Credit will not be issued for these items. If you believe the merchandise is defective, please contact us for a potential replacement or refund.
