Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We aim to make ordering from us as simple and straightforward as possible. Once your online transaction has been completed your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours.

ArtProFile works with different specialized suppliers around the world, our suppliers are responsible for producing and delivering your order. As well as assuming any responsibility in case of damage or errors in your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs may vary depending on Print Provider and destination.

Shipping rates vary according to the selected print provider – the price is dependent on the origin and destination, as well as on the product type.

Please note that the shipping rate amount is non-negotiable and created from the rates provided by the applicable shipping carrier service. Neither ArtProFile, nor the print provider is able to influence these rates.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery in the United State of America and 15-20 for international deliveries. Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by our shippers.

If for some reason your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. 

Why is there no tracking for my order?

There are 3 reasons you may not have received tracking information. 

Reason 1 – Your item may be shipping from one of our UK providers. UK providers don’t provide tracking numbers. To see estimated shipping times, visit our shipping rates page. 

Reason 2 – Your order might still be in production. Production times listed in our catalog are based off of averages and are not guarantees. If it is a holiday time our providers might be experiencing higher demand than usual and items may be taking longer to create. Your tracking information should be available soon. 

Reason 3 – If it has been longer than 6 days since you have submitted your order and tracking information hasn’t become available. There may be issues with your order. Please fill out our order issue form with all the necessary information and we’ll look into it ASAP.

Returns policy

Under our suppliers selling regulations, If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the print provider, and they may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge.

Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.

Nevertheless, our support team will reach out to the print provider and attempt to cancel the order for a refund. ArtProFile offer a 14-day return policy for all fully priced items. As long as they are in their original condition with all packaging and tags attached, items can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note. 

Refunds

We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price and returned within 7 days of despatch, in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase and some credits can take several days to show in your account. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms & conditions for further info.

ArtProFile will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the courier. 

When will I receive my store credit or refund?

Once ArtProFile receive the items from you and approve their condition, you’ll receive either your store credit or refund.  Please allow us up to 7 business days for processing.

Sale items

Sale-priced Products, or Products marked as “Sale” at the time of order, are final sale and cannot be returned, and ArtProFile will not issue any credit towards the return of said Product. If you feel the merchandise, you received is defective, please contact at: info@artprofile.art for a replacement. If a replacement is not available and the merchandise is deemed defective a full refund will be issued.
